Join us for a unique culinary experience filled with great food, delightful company, and a touch of Mexican spirit as we celebrate the “Day of the Dead.” Chef Mark Singson will lead the way in this interactive cooking class.

Event Schedule:

  • 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Welcome and Registration
  • Kick off the evening with a warm welcome. Enjoy a delicious appetizer and a handcrafted cocktail courtesy of our friends at Tequila Herradura.
  • 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM: Introduction to the Evening
  • Receive your own apron, and we’ll provide an overview of what to expect throughout the night. You’ll also be assigned to your cooking station.
  • 6:15 PM – 8:00 PM: Cooking Class
      • Chef Mark Singson will guide you through the preparation of the meal. Don’t worry about your skill level; we cater to participants of all backgrounds.
  • 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Communal Dinner and Networking
  • After the cooking class, we’ll all gather at a communal table to enjoy the dishes we’ve created together. This is also a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow participants and food enthusiasts.
